AYUSHMAN INFRATECH LIMITED (erstwhile known as Shantnu Investments (India) Ltd) came into existence in the year 1973 incorporated as public Limited company vide certificate of incorporation dated 28th August, 1973 issued by Registrar of Companies Delhi and Haryana under the companies act, 1956 having its registered office at DSC-319, DLF South Court, Saket, New Delhi-110017.
The company was earlier engaged in the business to invest, buy, sell, transfer, hypothecate, deal in
and dispose of any shares, stocks, debentures, whether perpetual or redeemable debentures,
debenture stocks, securities, properties of any other company including securities of any
government, local authority, bonds, certificates etc.
